London - Miners' leader Mr Arthur Scargill is set to be stripped of his position as chairman of two welfare organisations after being found guilty by charity commissioners of misconduct and mismanagement. Mr Scargill and fellow NUM leader Mr Frank Cave have until the end of January to contest the decision. Commission spokeswoman Ms Joyeeta Dhar said concerns surrounded the transfer of £800,000 from a trust fund to convalescent homes.
