London - Saudi authorities have detained a prominent religious scholar on his return to the kingdom from abroad, a London-based opposition group said in a statement.
The group said that Sheikh Ghalib Hassan al-Hammad (46) was arrested at the airport in the eastern city of Dhahran when he returned home on July 12th.
