Having toured the hind legs off their debut single Horse Outside, the Rubberbandits are preparing a fresh assault on the Irish singles charts.

The Limerick hip-hop duo's new single I Wanna Fight Your Father focuses on forbidden love and the lengths one might go to trying to win over the disapproving family of a would be lover.

The video was posted on the Rubberbandits YouTube channel this morning and goes on sale in record shops tomorrow.

The duo's debut single Horse Outside attracted more than six million views on YouTube but failed to beat X-Factor winner Matt Cardle's When We Collide in the race to top the Irish charts last Christmas, despite topping the download chart.

Following the success of Horse Outside group members Blindboy Boatclub and Mr Chrome have been busy hiding from the "media frenzy" and touring in the UK, US and Australia.
