Three Dublin-based Romanian nationals, Mr Costel Saulea (27) and Mr Popa Vasile (25), both of Terenure Road North, and Mr Amariuea Vasile (26) of Gardiner Place, appeared at Ennistymon District Court in Co Clare yesterday on charges of alleged fraud at Kilgarve, Ballinasloe, Co Galway, on September 2nd.
The accused each face three separate charges relating to alleged credit card fraud at Dolan filling station, Kilgarve, Ballinasloe, contrary to the Forgery Act, 1913. Judge Albert O'Dea remanded the defendants with consent to bail of £500 each and independent sureties of £500, to appear before Ennis District Court tomorrow.
