London - Undercover TV reporter Donal MacIntyre is to take legal action after claims his BBC investigation into a care home was "fabricated", he said last night.
Mr MacIntyre said he had been the subject of an "unprecedented and vitriolic attack" by Kent Police and the Sunday Telegraph.
