The High Court in Belfast has heard that the fingerprints of a man accused of a cigarette robbery were found on the cigarette box wrappings.
Applying unsuccessfully for bail was Mr Paul Mark Braniff (34), of Clonfadden Crescent, west Belfast, who is charged with the armed robbery of £40,000 worth of cigarettes on October 4th and falsely imprisoning the van driver.
