A 22-year-old Dublin man has been remanded on bail to November 16th after he admitted having heroin for sale in 1995.for heroin addiction, his counsel, Mr Patrick Marrinan, told Dublin Circuit Criminal Court yesterday.
Dunne, of Dolphin House, Dublin 8, pleaded guilty to possessing about Pounds 3,000 worth of heroin for sale or supply at the flats complex on August 8th, 1995. The court heard gardai had no objection to the remand on continuing bail.
