Hospice inquiry `ongoing'

GARDA investigations into the All Ireland Children's Hospice Foundation have proved to be more detailed than originally anticipated, the Minister for Justice has told the Dail.

In a written reply to Ms Mairin Quill (PD, Cork North Central), Mrs Owen said the Garda investigation into the hospice had required extensive enquiries and was ongoing. Every effort was being made to bring it to an early conclusion.
