A pipe bomb damaged the home of a community worker in north Belfast today — the third attack on the property this year.
The device exploded outside the front window of Mary Kelly's house in Glandore Avenue at around 1am.
A number of nearby homes were evacuated while Army bomb disposal experts made the area safe.
The bomb, which only partially detonated, badly damaged the window and sill.
Ms Kelly works on a number of cross-community projects in the area. There was a blast bomb attack on her home in April and some of her windows were smashed in January.
North Belfast DUP MP Nigel Dodds said he was "disgusted" at the attack.
"These are the actions of thugs and bully-boys who have nothing positive to offer the community. Whatever they seek to achieve by this vile intimidation the only outcome is that their agenda and their actions will be rejected and
condemned by all right thinking people," he said.
