THE Princess of Wales was caught up in a street scuffle after reportedly asking Kevin Duggan, a passer-by, to snatch film from photographer Brendan Beirne's camera.

The Sun yesterday carried three pages of pictures showing Diana first remonstrating with Beirne and then standing by as Duggan thrust him against a wall.

Diana is shown standing aside as the two men fight in the street over the camera.

Radio 4 listeners complained after Anna Ford, presenter of the Today programme, criticised a character from The Archers. "Simon Pemberton does seem rather a shit, he's a bit ruthless, shouldn't he be counselled?" she said.
