Further questions about the office of the County Registrar of the Dublin Circuit Court, and the role of Mr Michael Quinlan, who resigned over the listing of the Sheedy case, have been raised by Senator David Norris.

Mr Norris has invited the Minister for Justice to examine papers about another case involving listing by Mr Quinlan, which is giving rise to "particular worry".

This case involved Hirschfeld Enterprises Ltd, in which Mr Norris had a majority stake.
