Publicans and club owners found to allow drug dealing on their premises are to receive licensing bans under new proposals being supported by the Taoiseach. A Government spokeswoman confirmed yesterday that Mr Ahern is seeking to introduce legislation which would shut down bars and clubs found to be facilitating drug dealing.
