The mother of murdered solicitor Rosemary Nelson has got the go-ahead to challenge the British government's decision not to publish the Cory report that alleges security force collusion in her killing.

Mrs Sheila Magee, from Lurgan, was granted leave to apply for a judicial review in the High Court in Belfast.

Mr Justice Weatherup directed that her application should join those being taken by relatives of two other murder victims - Pat Finucane and Billy Wright - who are trying to force the British to publish Judge Peter Cory's report.

In October the retired Canadian judge handed the two governments his reports examining allegations of security force collusion in eight murders on both sides of the border.
