The GAA's Central Disciplinary Committee ruled that Billy Morgan's one game pitch exclusion ban will stand while it was also ruled that Tipperary's John Carroll had no case to answer.

Cork manager Morgan was found guilty of taking to the pitch during their win over Donegal earlier this month. It means Morgan will not be allowed on the touchline for their All-Ireland SFC semi-final against Kerry this Sunday.

In a separate incident Carroll was called before the CDC for alleged inproper use of the hurl at the end of Tipperary's match with Waterford in July. The CDC stated: "In line with the DRA ruling in the Ryan Mc Mennamin case, it was agreed that the CDC were not in a position to pursue this matter."
