A boy killed in a farming accident in Co Monaghan on Thursday was named yesterday as Niall Meehan (6) from Derrylevick, Emyvale. The boy fell from a tractor after one of its doors opened. He was rushed to Monaghan Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident occurred near the village of Emyvale, close to the Border.
