A man brought two young girls into his Dublin hotel room and took indecent photographs of them, a jury has been told at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Mr George Easton (52), from Falkirk, Scotland, pleaded not guilty to two charges of sexual exploitation of girls under 17, and of sexually assaulting them at the Shieling Hotel, Raheny on February 20th, 2000.

Prosecuting counsel Ms Isobel Kennedy told the jury the two girls, now eight and six, were playing on the banisters of the hotel when a man asked them to his room. He pulled down their underclothing and took pictures.

The older girl told Ms Kennedy via video link that he kept calling them and then brought them to his room.
