A 34-year-old man is due to be charged in court this morning in relation to the murder of Mr Joseph Cummins in Tallaght, Dublin, on St Stephen's Day. The man, who is from the Tallaght area, was one of three people arrested by garda∅ in the village on the evening of the shooting. He was remanded in custody at Tallaght Garda station for appearance in the Dublin District Court at 10.30 a.m.
