A 30-year-old man will appear before Dublin District Court this morning on charges arising from the confrontation between drug dealers and a group of INLA members at Ballymount Industrial Estate on 6th October which led to the death of Mr Patrick Campbell. The man will be charged with false imprisonment and possession of a firearm.
