A man in his 30s has been injured in a shooting in Limerick.
Gardaí at Henry Street are investigating the shooting, which happened at 12.30pm at Sean Heuston Place.
The Garda press office said the man was taken to St John's Hospital in Limerick city.
The scene has been preserved for technical examination.
