A man has narrowly escaped injury following a shooting at his home in east Belfast early this morning.
The front door of the house was damaged in the incident which happened at Dunraven Park in the Strandtown part of the city just after 1 a.m.
Police said they are not linking the shooting to a feud between loyalist paramilitaries.
