A man (34) is due to appear in court in Banbridge, Co Down, this morning charged with murder.
The man is charged with the murder of Mr Patrick Keenan, a car dealer who was found dead at his home on Carrive Drive in June last year.
Mr Pat Keenan (59) was found with serious head wounds, and police believed at the time that he may have been the victim of a burglary.
Mr Keenan, who had lived in the house for a number of years, sold second-hand cars from the address.
