Gorey District Court
A man in his mid-20s was last night charged with the murder of Jason Ryan in Wexford last January. The man appeared before a special sitting of Gorey District Court last night.
He was arrested yesterday afternoon by gardaí in Wexford investigating the murder of the 27-year-old. Mr Ryan received several stab wounds near his home at Hollyville Heights shortly after midnight on January 25th.
He was taken by ambulance to Wexford General Hospital where he died within hours in as a result of his injuries.
