A man (25) is today recovering after he was attacked by a gang in Northern Ireland.
The man was assaulted in Ballymena by five other men on the Larne Link Road at the Ballykeel roundabout at around 6pm yesterday. He was treated in hospital for swelling, cuts and bruises to the head and hands.
Police are seeking a silver Ford Focus car with a rear spoiler on it.
In Lurgan, an occupant of a house escaped an arson attack in the Limefield area of the town.

The alarm was raised at around 11.35pm when neighbours noticed a pram and wheelie bins around the house were alight. They managed to wake up the occupant.
Police believe a petrol bomb may have been used.
