Man (20) vicitm of Co Down 'knee-capping' attack

A man is being treated in hospital after a paramilitary-style 'knee-capping' in Bangor Co Down.

The 20-year-old was accosted in Ardgeehan Gardens at 11.30 pm last night. He was shot in the calf.

Detective in Bangor are appealing for information.
