Gardaí have seized cannabis worht €1m in Limerick city.
The drugs were seized in the Southhill area of the City around 10.30pm last night. There were no arrests.
Earlier yesterday, Gardaí arrested a 35 year-old woman suspected of smuggling drugs with a street value of €70,000 into the country.
Gardaí from the National Drugs Unit together with Customs Officials arrested the woman at Dublin Airport. She was arrested after arriving on a flight from Spain.

Cocaine with a street value of €70,000 was seized and she is currently detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
