Racing: Leopardstown have abandoned their two chase races on this afternoon's card. Heavy morning rain has left the chase course waterlogged in places.
Leopardstown will instead host a five-race card, which will begin at 1.25pm with the Bewleys Hotel Leeds Hurdle.
"We have had extremely heavy rain since 6am and the chases have had to be abandoned," said Irish Turf Club press officer Cliff Noone.
"It's a bit of a blow, but by the time of the feature race (the bewleyshotels.com December Festival Hurdle) at 1.55 we should be back on schedule."
