Household product and personal care products company IWP issued a profit warning today and confirmed it is in talks to sell its household products division.
The company blamed adverse trading conditions, particularly in the last quarter of the financial year, for the expected shortfall in profits.
IWP said the sale talks are at an advanced stage and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
