The Israeli army arrested 13 Palestinians, including an Islamic militant leader, overnight in the northern West Bank town of Qalqilya, Israeli sources said today.
They said one of those arrested was the Hamas military leader in Qalqilya and had orchestrated several anti-Israeli suicide attacks.
