Piers Wilson, who went missing on Monday, is found alive

Piers Wilson, who went missing in Wicklow on Monday, February 23rd, has ben found.

A message was posted on Wednesday afternoon on the Facebook page set up to help find Mr Wilson confirming the father-of-three had been found.

It wrote: “Piers has been found. Massive thanks to everyone who has helped physically and virtually with the successful search!”

Gardaí had been investigating the disappearance of Mr Wilson who was last seen at 7pm on Monday, February 23rd. Mr Piers had been seen driving in the Wicklow area in a silver Volkswagen Golf registered 03d20672.

The Facebook page, Find Piers Wilson, was set up to help locate Mr Wilson. A post on Wednesday claimed that he had last been seen at Merrion Square, Dublin city, and appealed to the public around the Baggot Street area.
