Iona chief financial officer resigns

The chief financial officer of Iona Technologies has resigned to become CFO at a private software company.

The chief financial officer of Iona Technologies has resigned to become CFO at a private software company.

In a statement today, the company said Dan Demmer will stay at Iona until June 30th.

Mr Demmer said: "After almost a decade with the company, I feel the time is right to pursue a new opportunity in the software industry".

Iona, which has begun searching for a successor, reiterated guidance for second quarter revenues of $16 million to $17 million. It said it expects total expenses, including cost of revenue and operating expenses, to be in the same range.
