Mr John Patrick Pearse McDonald (41), of Castle Avenue, Clontarf, was working at St Aidan's Park Road, Marino, on December 20th, 1991, when a gunman entered the building and shot him.

A post-mortem by State Pathologist Professor John Harbison showed he died of lacerations of the brain due to two bullet wounds in the head.

Insp Brian Fenton, Raheny Garda Station, said no one had yet been charged. The jury returned a verdict of unlawful killing.
