Horizon Technology has bought IT consultants Enterprise Process Consulting (EPC) for €2 million in cash with further payments likely to follow.
EPC is an Irish SAP consulting partner, specialising in the pharmaceutical and public sector markets.
The purchase price comprises €2 million up front plus two further payments determined by results achieved in the next two years. The maximum further consideration is €1.5 million.
Horizon's chief executive, Gary Coburn, said the acquisition of EPC will further strengthen Horizon's enterprise consulting operation in Ireland.
