The High Court has granted a temporary order restraining people from interfering with a landfill site at Muingnaminnane, Reamore, nine miles north of Tralee, Co Kerry. Mr Justice Lavan also granted a temporary injunction to Kerry County Council restraining the watching of the site. The orders continue until Monday when the case will come before the court.
