Just stepping onto the dreaded bathroom scales can help with weight loss.
In a recent study of people who were trying to lose weight, researchers found people who weighed themselves and recorded their weight daily lost more than people who did not go near the scales. People who continued the habit also managed to maintain their weight loss for the period they were studied.
