- The Young Adult With Epilepsy: Looking Forward to the Futureis the theme of a public meeting at 6.30pm tomorrow in the Royal College of Physicians, 6 Kildare St, Dublin 2. The meeting, which will be addressed by neurologists, a clinical nurse specialist and a neuropsychologist, will focus on how to control and manage epilepsy from adolescence into adulthood. - Your brain and you – how to get the most out of itis the title of a public seminar by Ian Robertson, professor of psychology at Trinity College Dublin at 7.30pm on Thursday, March 18th in the National Concert Hall. - Hypnobirthing classes aim to help women cope better in labour by learning in advance specific relaxation self-hypnosis and breathing techniques.
