Prof Luke O’Neill, immunologist from Trinity College Dublin, will give a free public talk, Chemistry, Disease and Cure, tomorrow at 6.30pm in O’Reilly Theatre, Belvedere College, South Great Denmark Street, Dublin. Scienceweek.ie.

The Friends of St Luke’s Hospital in Rathgar, Dublin, will launch a Bluebell Garden fundraising campaign tomorrow. Members of the public can donate and purchase a bluebell via bluebellgarden.ie. The garden will be near Oakland Lodge, for patients travelling some distance for radiotherapy.

The National Centre for Arts and Health at the Adelaide and Meath and National Children’s Hospital in Tallaght is hosting films about mental health, including A Beautiful Mind. They will be screened at the Rua Red Arts Centre, Tallaght, at 7pm on November 21st, 28th and December 5th, followed by a discussion. Cost €2.50 or €5 for all three.
