Arusha - Three ministers from the Rwandan government which held power during the 1994 genocide have been brought from Cameroon to Tanzania to appear before a UN tribunal, a court spokesman said yesterday. The three men, including the former foreign minister, Mr Jerome Bicamumpaka, were arrested in April and transferred on Saturday to the UN Rwanda genocide tribunal in the town of Arusha in northern Tanzania, the tribunal spokesman Mr Tom Kennedy said. Mr Bicamumpaka, the former commerce minister, Mr Justin Mugenzi and former Civil Service minister, Mr Prosper Mugiraneza are all charged with genocide and crimes against humanity.
