Gardaí in Dublin have seized child pornography and are questioning a man after a search operation this morning.
The search was part of an operation against Internet child pornography and also involved 11 forces of the British police. The operation resulted in the arrest of 14 people in the UK.
Scotland Yard said today's arrests followed a seven month investigation named Operation Barcela.
A Garda spokesman said computer equipment and child pornography were seized in the search in South Co Dublin.
