The Garda has appealed for public help in the case of a teenager missing since February 20th. Ms Teresa Lawrence (17) was last seen at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre in Dublin during an outing from a special school in Tallaght. She is 5ft tall, of light build with a pale complexion, long brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen she was wearing a white T-shirt, baggy black combat trousers and black sandals.
