The funeral took place in Co Tyrone yesterday of 27-year-old Mr Colin Foy who was shot dead in Fivemiletown, Co Tyrone late on Sunday night.
A part-time soldier in the Royal Irish Regiment, Mr Glen Graham Stronge, (27), whose address was given as the Deanery base of the RIR in Clogher, Co Tyrone, was charged with the murder on Tuesday.
