PARIS - The four masted yacht in which French tycoon, Bernard Tapie sailed into trouble over taxes is being sold by court order for $6 million (£3.9, million), barely half the asking price.
Tapie renovated the 74 metre Phocea at great expense and it symbolised his luxurious lifestyle at the height of his fame and power. The former politician was convicted for fraudulently passing off the costs as business expenses and received a six month sentence for tax evasion.
