A MAN was shot in the leg after four men wearing balaclavas called to his home in Mulhuddart, Co Dublin, early this morning.
Gardai believe the incident, at an address in Parslickstown Gardens, followed a feud between local members of the travelling community.
The man, who is aged in his late twenties, was beaten before being shot several times in the leg by the men during the attack, which happened shortly after 1 a.m.
He was taken to James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown, where his condition was described as "stable."
