Belgrade - Four Dutchmen have been arrested in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and accused of preparing to kidnap or assassinate President Slobodan Milosevic, the Yugoslav Information Minister said yesterday.
Mr Goran Matic told journalists that Yugoslav security officials had detained the four who he said had confessed that their aim was to try to kill Mr Milosevic or some other indicted war criminal.
