A fishing vessel has been towed to safety after getting into difficulties off the Co Mayo coast last night.
The vessel informed authorities at 10.30pm yesterday that it had broken down 35 miles off Erris Head.
The Ballyglass lifeboat put to sea and docked with the vessel at 5am.
