GAA:Eamonn Fennell's proposed transfer from O'Tooles to the St Vincent's club has been turned down once more by the Dublin county board.
The Dublin midfielder’s move was blocked at a meeting of the board at Parnell Park last night with board officers and club delegates voting 39-21 against a transfer to the Marino outfit.
In February, an initial vote to decide on the contentious issue was tied on a 33-33. Using his casting vote, Dublin chairman Gerry Harrington rejected the move. Fennell then took his case to the Disputes Resolution Authority who ruled it should be re-heard by the Dublin board
