A former solicitor charged with eight offences under the Theft and Fraud Offences Act that total almost €1 million has been remanded on continuing bail pending the completion of a book of evidence.
At Bray District Court yesterday, Garda David Coyne of the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation requested an adjournment in the case of Mary Miley (54), Duncairn Avenue, Bray, Co Wicklow.
Ms Miley is charged with four counts of deception and four counts of using a false instrument, under the Act.
