Seve Ballersteros was fined and reprimanded by the European Tour today, after two clashes with officials this season.
Ballersteros was reprimand for ignoring a one-shot penalty for slow play and incorrectly completing a scorecard at the Italian open three weeks ago.
He was fined an unspecified amount for breaching Tour regulations in criticising officials in public at April's Madeira Island Open.
