An English woman who is charged with dangerous driving causing death was remanded on bail when she appeared before Galway District Court yesterday.
Ms Sheila Phillips (60), of Colne Road, Winchmore Hill, London, is charged with the offence which claimed the life of Mr Patrick Bourke at Derrynea on August 10th. The case was adjourned until November 1st to allow gardai receive directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
