London - Two weeks after telling a court he spent £40 million in less than two years, the pop star Sir Elton John yesterday turned fundraiser with the sale of 15,000 of his outfits. The proceeds, expected to top £400,000, go to the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
Sir Elton arrived for a celebratory breakfast clad in a black leather jacket and top, for "Out of the Closet III", the third time his clothes and costumes have gone on sale to the public.
