Eircom is to outsource its customer call centre in Dublin to British company Capita in a contract worth €20 million.
The centre, which mainly focuses on selling broadband and other telecommunication services, employs 200 people.
The 200 staff will have the option of transferring to Capita or staying with Eircom.
